We typically process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Saturday. Our totes are sent via USPS Priority Mail delivery service worldwide. The postal service will deliver Priority Mail to a post office box. Your online invoice includes your package tracking number. Artisan Totes is not responsible for any customs or associated fees with international orders or carrier delays affecting domestic or internal shipments.

Refunds and Replacements

We will replace damaged merchandise for a *like item of equal value, or issue a refund. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us at orders@artisantotes.com within 7 days of your order receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Upon receipt and verification of your information, a postage paid USPS shipping label will be sent to you. Return the tote in it's original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return. Your replacement tote will be promptly processed and shipped to you. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Note for Like Items: *As the totes are not mass produced, the tote you purchased may no longer be available. We will pull from inventory and hold the tote you specify in your return email until your return has been approved and processed.
